Inger Brown Cheves

Inger Brown Cheves currently serves as the Beacon Center Director (Pioneer Park Elementary) for Housing Partnership, Inc. Ms. Cheves has over 25 years’ experience in various facets of health and human services including the areas of administration, management, training and staff development, community development and quality assurance.

Inger is currently involved in enhancing youth development and embraces evidenced based models that focus on supporting parents with children ages 0-5. Her work and passion is steeped in mobilizing communities around a myriad of issues that potentially impact children and families. Inger believes that all parents can be efficacious if given the tools and support.

She has a BA degree in both psychology and gerontology from St. Edward’s University in Texas and enjoys spending time with her family.
