Services for Nonprofit Organizations

Any nonprofit organization, independent of its mission, size and scope can contact Community Compact, Inc. and we will jointly evaluate whether service learning might be an option to increase the capacity of this organization. After such an evaluation, we will help the organization to articulate its needs in the context of valued engagement and work with an institution of higher education to develop a partnership that will address these needs.

Institutions of Higher Education

Many faculty members and program administrators are aware of the value of service learning for their students, but are hesitant to engage in service learning partnerships because of the administrative tasks involved. Community Compact, Inc. can often take away some of these administrative tasks, such as identifying and contacting nonprofit organizations where students could work, and resolving problems between students and staff at the nonprofit organization.
